We believe in the screening of helpers & matching them to the right family.

We know that luck plays a part in employing a helper. However, we can minimize the risk of getting a wrongly matched helper by being transparent on the task & workload expected to be performed by a helper, & the willingness of the helper to perform certain tasks.

All our fresh helpers will go through training & orientation.

All our new helpers will go through training and orientation to have the basic hands on skills & more importantly mentally prepared for the new environment. All helpers will also be oriented on the cultural differences, basic hygiene & safety. We also suggest that the employer spend some time to orientate the helper on the house rules & task that she is expected to perform.

We believe in face-to-face and video interviews.

We believe that face to face & conference video interviews can assist in bridging the gap between employer & helper. Prior arrangement is required. We provide over the phone counseling when necessary. Every employer deserves a helper that is capable to perform the tasks that they are employed for.
